Sony has confirmed the PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for June 2026, marking the first such announcement since the recent price hike on subscription tiers. The lineup features Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Grounded Fully Yoked Edition, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2.

All three titles will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers from Tuesday, June 2 until Monday, July 6. As a bonus, EA Sports FC 26 will remain available as a PlayStation Plus Monthly Game until June 16, capitalizing on the start of the World Cup.

June 2026 Lineup Details

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide | PS5

Fatshark's co-op first-person action game set in Games Workshop's grimdark universe leads the lineup. While Darktide had a rocky launch on PC in 2022, the game has since received substantial updates and is now in excellent shape. Its arrival on PlayStation Plus is well-timed, given the new Skitarii class arriving June 23.

Importantly, Darktide does not let players control Space Marines. Instead, classes are drawn from other Warhammer 40,000 factions — including the Skitarii (Adeptus Mechanicus), Ogryn (Astra Militarum), and others — offering a distinct perspective on the setting.

Grounded Fully Yoked Edition | PS5, PS4

Obsidian Entertainment's survival game, originally a Microsoft/Xbox title, joins PlayStation Plus. The Fully Yoked Edition includes the base game plus all post-launch content, letting players experience the shrunken-down backyard adventure in its complete form.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 | PS5, PS4

GameMill Entertainment's platform fighter brings Nickelodeon's iconic characters together for chaotic multiplayer battles, offering a family-friendly alternative to the platform fighter genre.

First Lineup Since Price Rise

Sony recently hiked PlayStation Plus prices, drawing backlash from customers. The new Essential tier costs $9.99/month (up from $7.99), Extra is $14.99/month (up from $11.99), and Premium/Deluxe is $17.99/month (up from $14.99). Notably, the 12-month subscription option remains unchanged in price, suggesting a push toward longer subscription commitments.

Current subscribers are not affected by these price changes unless their subscription lapses or is changed, except in Turkey and India where the new prices apply immediately.

Game Catalog Highlights

For Extra and Premium/Deluxe members, Destiny 2: Legacy Collection (2025), including The Final Shape expansion, will be available from June 9. The Destiny 2 content arrives on the same date that Bungie's final planned update for the game is set to release, providing new players a comprehensive entry point.

The rest of the Game Catalog lineup for June 2026 will be fully revealed next month, Sony confirmed.

Community Reception

On Reddit's r/PlayStationPlus, reactions to the June lineup have been cautiously positive. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide's inclusion is widely seen as the standout, with many subscribers noting the game's improved state since launch. However, some expressed disappointment that the lineup lacks a major AAA blockbuster, particularly given the recent price increase. The 66 comments on IGN's coverage reflect active discussion around whether the value proposition has shifted following the price changes.
